All prices include any materials used in class, including the handbook Prepared Childbirth: The Family Way. Sliding scale is available for those who qualify. Payment plans also are available. Lamaze Childbirth Preparation – $50 - Please check the FAQs page for what is covered in this series. A group class will be scheduled for no fewer than 3 mothers and their support persons.
Private Classes for Lamaze Childbirth Preparation - $160 – Call or email anytime to schedule your personalized in home class.
If scheduling or other circumstances make it hard for you to attend a group class, Birth True will come to your home to provide you with a personalized program for your individual needs.

Prenatal Yoga – $30 for 1 1/2 hour private class (in home) – Read more about Prenatal Yoga here.
Workshops – Birth True is available to teach workshops on a variety of prenatal topics for your place of business/service, church group, non-profits, festivals, or social groups.
The Summer/Fall workshop schedule is now open! A one time FREE Introduction to Childbirth Education workshop is available per location/group. Other topics can be registered at a low cost per mother/partner. I present to church groups, healthcare practices both for staff/patients, extension offices, health departments, groups of interested friends, and any other group/association catering to expecting mothers.
