About the Instructor

Kelli Haywood and her second baby Ivy

Kelli B. Haywood, LCCE, MAT is a native of Letcher County, Kentucky, the mother of two little girls, and a certified Lamaze childbirth educator trained through Passion for Birth, accredited through Lamaze International.  She has a Master’s Degree in Teaching from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky.  Kelli is the member of several online support groups for mothers and pregnant women, and Lamaze International.  She has helped with five births as a birth support person (doula), and completed her certification for prenatal yoga for pregnancy, supporting labor, birth, and postpartum through the Asheville Yoga Center and Jane Ann Tager in Asheville, North Carolina.
